Diagnosis and surgical correction of combined congenital defects of supra-umbilical abdominal wall, lower sternum, and diaphragm

Abstract

Summary A complex syndrome of related congenital defects is described in a 6-year-old boy in whom the diagnosis was made before operation, and a complete anatomic repair was successfully carried out with a 6 year follow-up evaluation.
