Abstract
目的 探讨分离性垂直性斜视(dissociated venical divergence,DVD)的手术方法及效果.方法 28例(40眼)DVD者中双眼上斜视度不相等者做双眼不等量上直肌后退;单眼DVD做单跟上直肌后退.后退最大量8 mm.合并下斜肌亢进者做下斜肌转位术,伴有的水平斜视也同时矫正.结果 12例单眼上直肌后退,术后观察3～5周,出现对侧眼上斜视6例,上斜视度在10△左右.8例行不等量上直肌后退,效果较好,外观改善,被遮盖眼无明显上漂.6例下斜肌亢进,行下斜肌转位.经半年以上观察,手术效果好.结论 采用同视机和三棱镜检查为手术提供依据,做不等量上直肌后退。
