Abstract
The relative stratigraphic range of homoctenids in the PalentineDomain of the Cantabrian Zone, especially H. tenuicinctus tenuicincius, H. krestovnikovi and H. ultimus derkaouensis, allows establishment of a biozonation of local stratigraphic value. In this work, three biostratigraphical units correlated with conodont and/or ammonoid Biozones are proposed, which can be tentatively extended to other regions of the Hercynian Magnafacies Domain.
