Abstract
近年来，以免疫检查点抑制剂为代表的免疫治疗显著改善了晚期肺癌患者的生存，改变了肺癌的治疗模式。本文围绕免疫治疗的机制、免疫治疗的重要临床试验、关键生物标志物以及免疫相关不良反应进行综述，介绍了近年来晚期非小细胞肺癌免疫治疗发展过程中取得的成就和面临的挑战，展望了晚期非小细胞肺癌免疫治疗的未来前景。
