Abstract

Objective: Increasing public concern for the ethics and safety of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) has drawn attention to concerns for the developmental outcomes of children conceived through ICSI. The purpose was to monitor longitudinally the global developmental outcomes of children conceived by intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and to compare the outcomes to a sample of children conceived by conventional in vitro fertilization (IVF).
