Abstract
In-flight fragment separator at RAON aims to generate various rare isotopes and separate isotope beams of interest. A detector system for beam particle identification at the separator is being developed based on Bρ-TOF-ΔE method. Parallel plate avalanche counters, plastic scintillation detectors, and silicon detectors will be used to measure the position, timing and energy-loss of the isotopes produced by the separator. IF detector system is currently being installed at the focal planes of the IF separator. Details on the development status of the IF detector system will be discussed in this paper.
