Abstract

Due to the recently increased standard of living and the aging population, concerns for health management are increasing. In particular, with the development of IT, the increase in the number of hypertension patients has caused a rise in the number of services that offer monitoring and intelligent analysis regardless of the patient's location. This paper develops a u-healthcare monitoring system that offers an alarm service for measurement, and notification in case of unusual levels of patient indicators, based on the user's bio-signal data and context-aware. This system provides a more accurate measurement value than the previous monitoring services because it considers each user's condition, and therefore can reduce the user's health risks, using the patient's life management and lifestyle measurement values. This enables the provision of accurate and specific, and more personalized services to each user. It also includes a portable user terminal to increase the accuracy of context-aware and enhance user convenience.
