Abstract
ABSTRACT The lighting characteristics of thermoplastic pyrotechnic compositions of various flames are studied. The emission spectrum of the blue flame composition doesn’t depend on the nature of the color-forming component but is associated with copper monochloride formation in the combustion products. It was established that there are emission corresponding only to the emission spectrum of the initial compositions in the mixed compositions emission spectrum. Obtaining different color shades of flame lying on the line connecting the color points of the blue and green flames on the color diagram is possible by mixing the original compositions.
