Abstract
The study is an insight into the construction concept, curriculum set-up, faculty, facilities and management of the simulation center for standardized residency training base, with in-depth elaboration of the approach to build a simulation training center oriented to residency competency enhancement.The authors proposed to equip soft and hard ware to meet the needs of residents, build up faculty team and develop standardized simulation training courses, for enhanced residence competence.
