DEVELOPMENT OF THE RESOURCE CIRCULARITY THEORY

Abstract

The problems are indicated and the main factors of influence on the growth of the level of resource use and its exhaustion are identified. Modern theoretical and applied aspects of the development of the economy from the standpoint of its resource provision are studied. The chronology is presented and the essence of the evolutionary development of the concept of circularity of resources is revealed. Scientific views on the interpretation of the concept of resource circularity according to existing economic formations are systematized. The principles of resource circularity in the production of products by detection groups are characterized. The conditions of resource circularity are compared in accordance with the theories of the circular economy. The dependence of economic levels of resource circularity on detection areas and implementation tools is formalized. The detection of resource circularity by spheres of resource provision of agribusiness has been established. The main theoretical and applied concepts of the development of the economy from the standpoint of rationalization of the system of its resource provision are characterized.
