Abstract
ABSTRACT The report will cover the Russian regulatory framework for application of non traditional techniques of oil spill response in Russia including dispersant application and in-situ burning. The conditions of application of the above techniques are part of oil spill recovery (OSR) in Russia. The report presents proposals for regulation improvement in Russia.
