Abstract
В статье проводится сравнительный анализ норм брачно-семейного права по древневавилонскому и древнеиндийскому законодательству, рассмотрен правовой статус замужней женщины, неравные права и обязанности супругов в браке, основания и условия для заключения и расторжения брака.
