Abstract

This starting wind speed calibration system is developed on the basis of wind tunnel design theory, with the hot-wire anemometer as the standard instrument, the single-chip microcomputer as the reading and control center, and the power section uses PWM technology to control the fan rotate. The system is suitable for automatic calibration of starting wind speed of EL15-1A/1C, ZQZ-TF, EC9-1 and other common wind speed sensors indoors or on the site without wind (wind speed<0.2m/s). According to the test, within the wind speed range of 0.3~0.8m/s, the wind field uniformity index of the system is 0.04~0.08m/s, and the stability index is not more than 0.5%. Compared with wind tunnels of provincial meteorological laboratories, the numerical trend of the starting wind speed is consistent.
