Abstract

The study explores enhancing future preschool teachers’ training by developing soft skills through information and communication technologies. A proprietary method was devised, incorporating Mentimeter, Kahoot, and other digital tools across three stages. Evaluation employed J. Phillips’ model and various coefficients. Notably, critical thinking (0.92), creativity (0.90), competitiveness (0.87), and social competence (0.84) improved. Organizational skills were well developed (74%), impacting original content delivery. Using J. Phillips’ model, high performance was observed in both preschoolers (Group 1) and students (Group 2). This method showcases potential for optimizing education through digital tools. Future research might assess contemporary digital technologies’ effectiveness in cultivating soft skills among future teachers.
