Abstract

The research is devoted to the development of innovative smart-technology for the complex objects control, using the latest achievements in the field of artificial immune systems based on modern Distributed Control System (DCS). There are considered the main control mechanisms, based on Honeywell DCS, as well as the principles of data transmission and storage for working with predicted events. The article provides a review of the latest developments, using the algorithms of artificial immune systems and, in particular, the algorithm for clonal selection. The literature analysis proves the relevance of the use of artificial immune systems for the complex objects control. There are considered the basic principles of technological equipment control at TengizShevroil factories. The architecture of the intelligent forecasting and control system based on the modified clonal selection algorithm for integration with Honeywell DCS is proposed. This problem is solved in the class of multi-agent systems.
