To describe development of a valid and reliable evaluation tool for the Cooking Matters for Kids (formerly Operation Front Line's Kids Up Front) cooking and nutrition education curriculum for 3rd-5th grade children to measure change in self-efficacy and attitudes related to healthy eating and food safety.
