Abstract
Abstract The development of a recycling method for painted ABS was completed by applying the fine pulverization method with a vortex flow. 1. (1) The number of fingers in the fine mill was set at 9, in order to balance the amount of processed material and the rate of paint film removal. 2. (2) A paint film removal of 97% was achieved by adapting a two-step classification and screen mesh extruding. 3. (3) ABS with 30% recycled material has the impact strength and appearance quality which is necessary for the external parts of motorcycle. 4. (4) Fine pulverization method is also effective in the recycling of compound materials such as gaskets.
