Abstract

An oxygen concentration control and monitoring device is developed, which can collect ambient temperature, humidity, and oxygen concentration, realize local display, local storage and network remote transmission functions, and use wireless power supply to run in the test chamber. The growth verification test of aspergillus niger was carried out in the experimental device developed in this paper, and it was found that the growth of aspergillus niger on silk can be effectively inhibited under low oxygen conditions. When the oxygen concentration is lower than the threshold value of 0.7%, the growth of aspergillus niger is in a stagnant state.
