Abstract
To develop nurses' educational needs scale for woman with infertility. A total of 201 nurses in charge of infertility health services in 4 infertility hospitals and 1 public health center were enrolled for this study. The scale was developed through literature review, in-depth interview, development of preliminary items, verification of content validity, development of secondary items, verification of construct validity, and extraction of final items. Data were analyzed using item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and Cronbach's α. Nurses' educational needs scale for women with infertility consisted of 41 items. Three factors (education for disease and symptom of infertility, supporting and counselling for infertility patients, and education for daily life of infertile patients) explained 63.7% of the total variance. CONCLUSIONS: Nurses' educational needs scale for woman with infertility demonstrated acceptable validity and reliability. Its items could be used to assess the level of educational needs for nurses in charge of infertility health services.

This article was supported by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) grant 2018. 따라서 본 연구에서는 난임 환자를 담당하는 간호사들을 대상으로 난임 간호에 대한 교육 요 구도 측정 도구를 개발하여 난임 간호를 하는 간호사들에게 필요한 교육 프로그램 개발의 기 초 자료로 활용될 수 있는 타당한 도구를 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 난임 환자를 담당하는 간호사의 교육 요구도를 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발 하고, 개발된 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는 것이다.
