Abstract

Dupilumab rarely causes cutaneous T-cell lymphomas, such as mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome, which usually occur after three or more doses. We report a case of mycosis fungoides with erythroderma and blood involvement after a single dose of dupilumab.
