Abstract

The article examines the role and influence of mobile applications on the digital transformation of Ukraine. The article focuses on the "Diia" application, which is one of the key initiatives of the digital transformation of Ukraine. The author analyzes the functionality of the application, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of its use. Statistics of the use of the application by year and its impact on the level of digital transformation of Ukraine are also considered. The article highlights the role of mobile and web applications in the process of digital transformation and their contribution to improving the level of comfort of citizens' lives. The author notes that the availability of a convenient and accessible application can contribute to improving the quality and speed of the provision of public and commercial services. In addition, the article provides recommendations for the further digitization of the Diia application and the necessary measures for its further development. Summarizing, the article emphasizes the importance of mobile and web applications in the process of digital transformation of Ukraine and their contribution to improving the quality of service provision and the comfort of citizens' lives. The "Diia" application is a vivid example of a successful implementation of a mobile application and shows how important it is to provide convenient and accessible functionality for users. The article provides recommendations for further improving the functionality of the "Diia" application and expanding its capabilities in the context of Ukraine's digital transformation. The author emphasized the need to involve specialists from various fields, including software developers, analysts, designers and engineers, to implement ideas for improving and supplementing the application's functions. The article also examines the impact of the Diia application on the processes of digital transformation of Ukraine, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. With the help of the "Diia" application, it is possible to significantly simplify and speed up the interaction procedures between citizens and state institutions, which positively affects the quality and efficiency of the provision of public services. On the other hand, the author also notes problems related to the protection of personal data and privacy arising in connection with the use of such applications. In general, the article provides a detailed overview of the development of mobile and web applications in the context of the digital transformation of Ukraine and offers some recommendations for the further development of this area.
