Development of measures to manage risks to the health of working citizens

Abstract

The monitoring of the situation on temporary disability of employees revealed a low quality of medical examinations (surveys) of employees engaged in harmful working conditions, and an annual increase in the cost of mandatory social insurance for temporary disability from general diseases. Monitoring the health of employees, their satisfaction with the availability of preventive measures in the workplace to reduce the incidence of disease is the basis for making managerial decisions on the formation of employee responsibility for their health.
