Abstract

Fukushima Prefecture is promoting sustainable industrial agglomeration and human resource development centered on the aerospace industry and robotics & drones industry through the Fukushima Innovation Coast Framework. At Technical Academy, a prefectural industrial human resources development facility, we are developing human resources in collaboration with related industries. In this report, we will report on the practice of problem-solving human resource development in collaboration with next-generation aviation-related companies, among the activities undertaken at the Prefectural Technical Academy. The first practice is the development of air racing machine parts (CFRP intake manifold) using the SORA Lab method, which was developed based on the experience of air race pilot Yoshihide Muroya, in collaboration with Pathfinder Co., Ltd.. The second is the production of flying boat type fixed-wing drone parts with Space Entertainment Laboratory Co., Ltd.. Using these practices as teaching materials, we acquired the basic manufacturing techniques of design, processing, and measurement.
