Abstract

This study aims to produce learning media in the form of 3D Hologram learning media on the material of the Solar System that is appropriate for use. In addition, it is also to produce supporting book to help students to understand the material more easily. The implementation of this research is based on the lack of learning media used by the teacher in order that the students' motivation in learning is also lack, besides that it is also based on the importance of the role of the media in learning. The type of research applied is Research and Development with the ADDIE research model (Analysis, Designs, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), the subjects in this study are the medium of learning in the form of KIT hologram and other supporting materials, one of the lecturers of Education Science as a subject matter expert, expert media, and linguist. The feasibility test was carried out by one of the science teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Malang, while the readability test was carried out by class VIII students with a total of 27 students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of the analysis of the validity of the hologram KIT by material expert are 76.87%, media expert are 94.60% and linguist are 100%, while the results of supporting book by material expert are 93.75%, media expert are 96.73%, and linguist 96.88%. The results of the media feasibility test by the science teacher obtained very feasible results for the media developed with the percentage of KIT holograms of 94.44%, supporting book of 91.07%, and acrylic box of 91.67%. For the readability test, 27 students stated that the percentage of holographic KIT was 81.56%, supporting book was 81.81%, and acrylic box was 81.02%. The conclusion obtained is that the 3D hologram-based learning media is feasible to use.
