Abstract

The article provides an overview of the most interesting practices when working with foreign students as part of the development of their leadership competencies. The authors pay special attention to the problem of intercultural dialogue in the foreign language environment of students in Russia and technological solutions for establishing interaction between students. The published materials are the result of the Forum of Student Leaders of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Area-Yugra “Yugra International 2023” and are of a recommendatory nature both for various forum campaigns and for direct work with foreign students.
