Abstract

Aiming at the problems of high-altitude painting, an intelligent painting unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system, including hardware design and software implementation, has been developed. The hardware design of the system mainly includes three parts: drawer-type modular power supply, UAV intelligent painting control system, and high airflow ultra-high-speed motor drive system. The software realization mainly includes two parts: the control thread of the high-voltage main motor and the control thread of the solenoid valve for opening and closing. Besides, the target recognition processing scheme has been designed. To evaluate the accuracy and practicability of this technique, the UAV system has been applied for an intelligent painting experiment in an ultra-high voltage environment, successfully illustrating the feasibility of uninterrupted power supply intelligent painting by UAV.
