Development of industrial territories based on eco-industrial parks

Abstract

The issues of renovation of industrial territories on the basis of eco-industrial parks, which can become a platform for the development of environmental initiatives and green technologies, are considered. Most of the areas of Russian eco-industrial parks remain vacant against the background of the existing unsatisfied demand for prepared sites and related services for the placement of production facilities. One of the main problems of the industry is that the quality of many projects of eco-industrial parks presented in the country does not meet the requirements of potential resident investors.
