Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and consider the features of the development of products of enterprises of the industrial and logistics industries by transforming their life cycle into a figure. The research determined the impact of the introduction of "live" devices in production on the management of the life cycle of industrial products. The features and specifics of the transition of connected products to the digital development of new products are considered. The analysis of creation of digital life cycle management network of industrial products of enterprises of industrial and logistics industries was carried out. The key factors and stages forming the plan of digital transformation of product life cycle of enterprises of industrial and logistics industries are considered. In the context of the introduction of connected devices in industrial and logistics enterprises, the life cycle of the products they create is changing, and a new concept of digital product lifecycle management is being considered. It was noted by the author that digital product lifecycle management - a comprehensive, integrated concept that is radically different from the usual corporate thinking, will allow enterprises to completely update the production of their products and services, as well as related processes, labor resources and interaction with consumers. Digital product lifecycle management will become the foundation for the development of industrial services and products in the context of active development of connected devices thanks to four main features: flexibility, scalability, connectivity and intelligent software.
