Abstract

An overview and analysis of the main methods of pressing the stamped workpiece is made. Experimental studies are carried out and the technological capabilities of two-chamber gas sheet stamping are tested. The optimal clamp pressure for the workpiece is selected, which produces parts without corrugations. Advanced designs of two-chamber devices for gas sheet stamping with one and two combustion chambers are presented. Their advantages are described.
