Abstract
The structure of world trade in agricultural products and food is analyzed based on the degree of processing of goods. A comparative assessment of the export and import of agro-food products of Belarus is given in the context of the increasing role of products with a high degree of processing of raw materials. The main commodity positions of the country in export and import are presented, systematized into 3 groups – unprocessed products, goods with partial processing and goods with a high level of processing.

Проанализирована структура мировой торговли сельскохозяйственной продукцией и продовольствием на основании степени переработки товаров. Дана сравнительная оценка экспорта и импорта агропродовольственных товаров Беларуси в контексте усиления роли продукции с высокой степенью переработки исходных материалов. Стратегическими задачами страны в экспортной деятельности в сфере АПК являются наращивание объемов реализации сельскохозяйственной продукции и готового продовольствия, повышение эффективности сбыта, расширение товарного ассортимента и географии поставок. Развитие производства и сбыта продукции с высокой степенью переработки. В данной связи целесообразно оценить текущую ситуацию во внешнеторговых потоках агропродовольственных товаров Беларуси с учетом степени их переработки. Анализ проведен на основе методики национального проекта Российской Федерации «Международная кооперация и экспорт», которая подготовлена на базе международного опыта
