Abstract

Using the case of one of the municipalities of the Moscow Region, the author attempts to disclose the merits and problems of organizing a municipal Center of Region Management — a new structure designed to improve the quality of informational interdepartmental interaction, the effectiveness of feedback from local government bodies and civil society institutions.
