Abstract
The paper presents the results of the research and development activities on creation of new equipment types for mechanization of the deboning processes for tubular bones of broiler chicken carcasses. The design documentation was developed and the experimental device for manufacturing a new product type from drumsticks and shoulder parts of wings of poultry carcasses of the “tulip” type, as well as technical design for a machine for deboning tubular bones of poultry carcasses were made. The device allows tripling workforce productivity upon manual production of this product type.
