Abstract

Developed emotional intelligence is an integral part of the personality of a progressive healthcare worker. One of its components is the ability to understand and differentiate the emotions and feelings of the patient. One of the factors in the emergence of conflict situations in medical institutions is the "emotional deafness" of a medical worker. Simulation training by immersion allows you to identify trigger points and work out the weaknesses of the health worker.
