Abstract

A new design is proposed to achieve a diffractive optical elements (DOEs) array with wide field of view. It consists of several elements that focus the light from different angles into a photodetectors array that integrates with the DOEs array. This will increase the detection efficiency. The surface-relief equation of each element, which describes an aspheric surface profile, has been obtained. The structure and parameters of the designed DOEs array have been acquired. Simulation results will be presented. Combined with these efforts, the optimum parameters for fabricating the designed DOEs array by direct laser writing are determined.
