Abstract

The authors consider digitalization of corporate training, the prospects for the development of corporate training using immersive technologies - virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality, summarize the main advantages of using immersive learning technologies, highlight the factors hindering their use, present examples of successful application of immersive technologies in corporate training of modern organizations. The authors use both general scientific (systemic and functional approaches) and special research methods – sociological (method of expert assessments, observation and analysis) and comparative. The conclusions substantiate the need for further research and solving the problems of intra-corporate digital staff training as a condition for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of business organizations.
