Abstract

In ground-improvement work, it is important to make effective use of the various pieces of information obtained during construction and to ensure the shape and quality of the soil-improvement body. Therefore, in a series of studies, the authors have developed a system to visualize the ground by kinetically measuring it in real time in parallel with the ground-improvement work and by projecting the obtained construction management values in three dimensions. As part of a study on ground visualization technology within ground-improvement work, a method for estimating the N value from the current value, which is the load of the construction machine during construction, has been examined based on the kinetic measurement data from a ground-improvement site to obtain higher efficiency and to optimize the ground-improvement work. In addition, an attempt has been made to develop a method for estimating the N value of the ground in real time from the current value acting on the mixing blade from among the kinetic measurement data taken from the construction site of ground-improvement work. From these results, the possibility of establishing a method to estimate and evaluate the N value of the ground in real time during construction has been addressed.
