Abstract
A complete set of equipment for a new type of intelligent carbon extrusion machine was developed in this paper. This equipment starts from batching and kneading, and then sends materials to the extruder chamber for stamping, pre-pressing, and extrusion. According to customer requirements, the extruded products are sized using a speed-measuring device, cut using an intelligent sizing device, and automatically marked. Finally, the material slot is moved and flipped to the quality detection system for quality detection and recording. Through on-site operation and production, the complete set of equipment for this new intelligent carbon extrusion machine meets user requirements.
