Abstract

In order to improve the calculation efficiency of high fidelity finite element model (FEM) and solve the problem of the high BTT test cost, a blade tip timing (BTT) data simulator of rotating bladed disk based on reduced order model (ROM) is developed in this paper. Firstly, the ROM of rotating mistuned bladed disk is constructed by using the proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) method. Then, a construction method of BTT data simulator based on the ROM is proposed, which considers the influence of rotation effect, mistuned and speed fluctuation. Finally, the simulator is constructed based on an academic bladed disk, and the vibration parameters are identified by using the traditional vibration parameter identification methods to verify the effectiveness of the simulator. This study provides a new data generation method for effectively verifying the effectiveness of vibration parameter identification algorithm.
