Abstract

We proposed the concept of creating automotive computer systems based on the virtualization of transportation processes management. It was proven that the implementation of basic principles and rules of the virtual management of the enterprises of a transportation services market makes it posssible to improve efficiency of operation of transportation and road enterprises of Ukraine. A new approach is proposed to the creation of a unified informational space of the market of transportation services based on using cloud computing. A special feature of such a synergistic approach to the informational development of the market of transportation services is zero capital investment on their implementation and introduction to the transportation and traffic organizations. We investigated interactive monitoring of the chosen route. An artificial neural network for estimating a route is designed. A transportation information matrix is proposed to use a source of information about state of the routes of respective transfer, both of cargo and passengers, in contrast to conventional transportation processes.

Highlights

  • Given constant information development of society and its industrial component, the new transportation systems and machines have achieved a high information level of perfection

  • A new contradiction has emerged as a consequence, between rapid development of means and methods of informatization of complex objects and systems and heterogeneous nature of the existing subsystems and links of the transportation complex of Ukraine

  • The following is eliminated: disruption of traffic organization, unsatisfactory condition of roads, non-rational use of funds spent on repairs, operation and arrangement of transportation highways
