Abstract
Objective To manage the patients' information efficiently and to meet the need of asthma clinical practices and researches,an information system for the management of asthmatic patient records was developed.Methods We choose Windows as database management platform and the database management software-SQL Server2000 as tool which established construction of backstage database,then programmed with Delphi 7.0.The software involves data query,data storage,data base maintenance and logging form.Results The Asthmatic Patients' Information Management System has been established,including patient's fundamental information module,clinical records module,examination result module,collection management module and comprehensive analyses module.Conclusions The Asthmatic Patients' Information Management System provides a software that can manage the patients' information efficiently.And the software has active significance to promote the patients to comply the treatment.
