Abstract

A search algorithm for chromatographic constants of substances from four preliminary experiments is proposed. These constants allow one to emulate reversed-phase chromatograms with a rather high accuracy for optimization of analytical procedures. Performance capabilities of the proposed computer program are illustrated using the example of development of an express analytical procedure and the example of optimization of chromatographic conditions for the separation of a target substance peak from neighboring peaks upon chromatographing of a multicomponent mixture.
