• Development of an alveolar chip that can reliably and efficiently assess the harmful effects of PMs across different particle sizes ranges and compositions. • Optimized chip setup using PC-PET to provide long term stability. • Good testing performance to mimic the respiratory conditions associated with different types of PMs.
