Abstract
Base Object Models (BOMs) are regarded as basic building blocks of A Federation Object Model (FOM) in High-level Architecture (HLA). To use BOMs, BOMs should be written in right formats of standard for reusability and interoperability and in XML files. In this paper, we develop a web based editor for making BOM files. To check validity, we also develop a function for validating BOM files using XML schema files provided by SISO.
