Abstract

This paper presents the development of a combustor chamber for a gas turbine that can generate 100kW of output power. Preliminary design of the combustion chamber was done by referring to the earlier designs of combustion chamber with 100kW output power for its main geometry and sizes. Then the designed combustion chamber was analyzed by using FLUENT to study the flow inside the combustion chamber. The results show that the designed combustion chamber can generate enough recirculation and turbulence inside the combustor.
