Abstract
試験紙とスマートフォンを用いて次亜塩素酸の簡易分析法を開発した．次亜塩素酸は殺菌剤の中でも殺菌効果の高い成分であるが，市販の試験紙では次亜塩素酸の直接比色測定はできず，pHと総残留塩素を比色測定した結果から計算して求める必要がある．本法では，クロール試験紙のpHと総残留塩素を同時に比色測定して，その結果から，次亜塩素酸の濃度を演算して求める機能を有するアプリを制作した．そのアプリを搭載したスマートフォンを用いて次亜塩素酸濃度の簡易測定法を開発した．その結果，簡易法として十分な感度・精度を有するだけでなく，測定環境の影響を受けにくく，比色板と発色させた試験紙をカメラの前にかざすだけで連続的に次亜塩素酸の定量が可能となり十分な簡易性を有する手法となった．
