Abstract
AbstractDie Bedeutung der Pervaporation (PV) in der chemischen Industrie wächst stetig und eine detaillierte sowie robuste Modellierung ist unabdingbar, um eine genaue Modul‐ und Anlagenauslegung durchzuführen. Im Rahmen eines Forschungsprojektes wird ein Membranmodul für die organophile PV konstruiert. Für eine industrielle Trennaufgabe werden organoselektive Membranen durch molekulare Oberflächenmodifikation hergestellt. Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Entwicklung einer dreistufigen Modellstruktur, die für die schrittweise Simulation von Membranmodulen verwendet wird. Die Simulationsergebnisse zeigen eine gute Übereinstimmung mit den experimentellen Daten aus der Pilotphase.
