Abstract
The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a conceptual framework for translating an organization's vision into a set of performance indicators distributed among four perspectives by Robert S. Kaplan and David P. North. In order to achieve this purpose, we developed a continuously improving strategic management system for Department of Clinical Engineering. As a result, we improved Financial : 2.7, Patinet : 4.1, Internal Business Processes : 3.2 and Learning and Growth : 3.1 Comprehensive Evaluation : 3.3 for Department of Clinical Engineering. In addition, we were validated improve processes, motivate and educate staffs, and ability to learn and improve.
