Abstract

To realize high-precision oblique hole processing of conical cylinder, it is necessary to make the axis of the hole coincide with the axis of the spindle of the machine tool in the direction of the axis, high-precision oblique hole processing of conical cylinder involves datum and space Angle transformation, requiring multiple processes, multiple clamping, multiple alignment. No matter ordinary machine tool machining or machining center CNC machining, there are certain difficulties. Therefore, this paper provides a high precision oblique hole machining scheme for conical cylinder. It is a special special Angle fixture that can be adjusted. It can frame the conical tube parts into a certain Angle and fix the conical tube parts at the required Angle for processing. This equipment is simple to operate, safe and reliable, easy to adjust, low cost.
