Abstract

A model of the relationship of factors combination affecting the properties and quality parameters of coatings based on transparent conductive oxides in the form of an oriented graph has been developed. The distribution of factors in sets, depending on their influence on other parameters, is displayed by the proposed Vienna diagram. As a result of this study, it was found that the most important technological parameters that affect the properties of TCO coatings are the following: pyrolysis temperature, concentration and the volume of solution. The introduction of the research results proposed by the authors, the developed models of the relationship of influencing factors and properties of coatings, into the technological process, allows to obtain transparent conductive coatings with specified electrophysical properties by changing the technological modes of their application.
