Abstract

This article considers the development of a fuel test bench for helicopter with changing the position of the test object in the current time mode. In order to create new models of aviation equipment it is necessary to perform ground tests, it is safe and saves time and money in comparison with flight tests. The test bench considered in this article consists of two rotary frames. Each frame has its own drive that drives that frame. All components of the system under test (fuel tanks, standard pumps, piping, and assemblies) mounted on the inner frame. Such configuration allows the stand to perform tests at two angles of rotation of the aircraft and can perform tests for most helicopter models. The article also describes the control system of the test bench and gives strength calculations of the rotary frames under the force impact of the test object on them.
